You may submit your own ad, or let our graphic department create one for you (static ads: $15 flash ads: $20 roll-over ads: $25).

 

Please submit your ads in the following formats: static, flash, and expandable 

banner files up to 3 mb in gif, jpeg, or swf format. When submitting banner 

advertising please include all files and all click-through url details. Include roll- 

over files and any additional production information. Non-accepted formats: Java, Java Applet, Video. 

 

Please submit all materials to Chris Ford in our advertising department: c.ford@findaguitarteacher.com If any changes to the ad are necessary after the electronic files are received, changes will be made if a new file is submitted within a reasonable time (to be determined at the discretion of the FindaGuitarTeacher production staff). 

 

Ads in acceptable formats on CDʼs or flash drives may also be submitted via

Commissions & Billing

 

Agency Commissions: 15% of gross billing allowed to recognized advertising  

agencies on space, color, and position, provided account is paid within 30 

days of invoice date. No cash discounts. Note: The 15% commission will not 

be allowed on any bills past due 30 days or longer. Prepayment: Accounts 

with no previous credit history with Find A Guitar Teacher LLC are required to 

make prepayment by order deadline. 

 

Find A Guitar Teacher LLC reserves the right to decline acceptance of any 

advertisements for which prepayment has not been received on or before the 

material deadline. 

 

Billing: Invoices are issued as soon as the ad appears on the site. Payment is 

to be rendered in U.S. dollars within 30 days.  Failure to meet frequency 

terms will result in a short-rate adjustment.
