My teaching approach :

I have three years of experience teaching a variety of styles. For beginners, I try to let their passions of music direct their musical development while I teach the basics and guide them along the way. For intermediate players, I teach chord forms, scales, improvisation techniques, music theory, and a creative and flexible approach to playing.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

I try to let the student fall in love with the instrument, because that is how one achieves a high level of playing and is satisfied along the way. I teach chords, notes, and easy, fun songs. I can easily assess the students ability by asking them to play what they know, then take it from there.

The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following

A student who has a strong passion for music and is willing to practice several hours a week.

Mon-Fri: 5pm - 9pm Sat-Sun: 12pm - 9pm

Fee Schedule :

I charge: $20 for half an hour $35 for a full hour

My cancellation/booking policy :

I only charge money for the weeks students come. I am lenient.
