My teaching approach :

Well, I encourage students to learn to read music, but it isn't a requirement. I can teach how to play the guitar in general, and you can take that toward any Genre you like, but I do specialize in Metal/Rock for more advanced students. I use the Troy Stetina methods for Metal, and there are several Alfred's/Mel Bay/Hal Leonard methods I use for basic Acoustic lessons depending on my evaluation of the Student. I do offer a free Introduction to those interested.

Fee Schedule :

It's based on the persons financial capabilities.....at first you can pay on each visit but if you do plan on continuing lessons I like to be paid a Month in Advance. However if paying at each visit is best then that is also acceptable.
