My teaching approach :

Strong emphasis on mastering the basics and developing a personal style. I teach ear training and pay attention to each students affinity for a certain technique or sound. I encourage students to develop what is original and unique about their approach to music. I am particularly interested in folk and blues music and apply these sounds and techniques in my teaching. I also teach folk banjo.

Fee Schedule :

$25 per lesson at my home, one full hour. $35 per leson at the students home. Take 5 lessons and the sixth lesson is free.

My cancellation/booking policy :

24 hours notice for cancellations, please.
