My teaching approach :

My main approach if you are a beginner is to introduce you to the parts of the guitar and the names of the strings. Next I will teach you how to play some basic chords. When you know at least five we can jump right in learning songs that you pick. Each new song we learn together will have new chords and strumming techniques I will help you master.

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

Going over old chords and new chords. Learning a bit of music theory and applying it to selected songs.

Start off with the parts of the guitar. Then the names of the strings. Followed my the easiest of chords.

Fee Schedule :

My fee is $25 and lessons are approx 30 min weekly.

My cancellation/booking policy :

I do not do contracts so if a lesson is cancelled you don't have to pay. All I ask is that you call be before hand.
