My teaching approach :
Andrew Wright thinks of himself as a music teacher first and a guitar/bass teacher second. He is aware of the skills required to be a successful musician and attempts to develop these skills in each of his students. In the same way that general education touches on many subjects to create a well-rounded student, an education in music should touch on many subjects to create a well-rounded musician. Andrew Wright earned his Bachelors Degree in Music from California State University, Fullerton. He has over 10 years of private teaching experience and has nearly 20 years of performance experience. Over the years Andrew has studied with many of Southern California’s top musicians, including Adam Speth, Dave Murdy, Luther Hughes and Ron Eschete
Fee Schedule :
Andrew’s current rate is $20* per half hour lesson. Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. Monthly tuition is determined by multiplying the number of lessons in a month by the current lesson rate. First month's tuition will be prorated according to the number of weeks remaining in the month. Tuition is due prior to student’s first lesson of each month. *Rates subject to change.
My cancellation/booking policy :
Each student will be given one thirty (30) minute lesson per week on a pre-arranged day of the week and time slot. Time slots are assigned on a first come first served basis. If a student wishes to cancel lessons, they may do so at any time at their discretion. Advanced notice is preferable but not required. No tuition will be refunded and no cancellation fee will apply.
