My teaching approach :

My specialty is beginning students, and folks that have been playing for a while but need help getting "over the hump." Styles: Folk, New Age, Country, Blues and Rock/Pop. Learn songs you know and enjoy. Add songs to your "song bag" for singing and playing at home, by the campfire, at church, etc. Learn finger picking and embellishments that bring character to your playing. Learn to sing and play, and put together a "set" for performance.
