My teaching approach :

I have been playing guitar for 11 years and have 8 years of experince in live performances and teaching. I now own a stido with a long time friend and musician called A & P Studios that offers a variety of services.

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

Assuming that the student is new to the instrument I would simply begin by improving there vocabulary as a musician and a guitar player. From there I would begin working on their form and start with simple chords and then move from there. If the student is above that level the lessons will be customized to fit the wants of the student depending on style and the experinve level of the student.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

I asses a students ability just by simply asking a few questions in the beginning to gain knowledge of what they know and dont know. If they do know a good amount I would ask them to perform what they know to asses their style of playing.

The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following

One who is ready to work hard, have fun, and just simply loves music.

Guitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours:

My influences are:

I have many influences from all areas of music: Eric Clapton, Bruce Springstee, Stevie Ray Vaughan, George Benson, Brad Paisly, and several other Blues and Rock players

Fee Schedule :

$25 for 30 minute lessons and $40 for an hour lessons.

My cancellation/booking policy :

The student must cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson and a make up lesson will be arranged then. If the student does not cancel within the 24 hour period they will be charged for the full amount of the lesson.
