My teaching approach :

Lessons are focused on technique and music theory that can be applied to learning songs of the students' liking. Students will learn different ways of reading music, including tablature and notation. A large repertoire of music is built over time that focuses on the students’ preferred styles.

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

Scales, sight reading, rhythm exercises, playing solo songs and duets, performance practices.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

Focus on technique in the beginning and work out a lesson plan that best fits the students' needs.

The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following

One that comes prepared and practices a minimum of 90 minutes each week and of course, must have a passion for music!

Fee Schedule :

$30/ 30-minutes or $60/hour. Lessons are paid for the month in full on the first lesson of every month.

My cancellation/booking policy :

24 hours notice is required to reschedule lessons. Cancellations are kept to a minimum.
