My teaching approach :

I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music and am a full-time lead guitarist and music teacher. I am endorsed by Orange Amplifiers and InTune Guitar Picks and have been in multiple nationally sponsored rock bands, sharing the stage with many national acts. My teaching philosophy is that enjoying music is the most important aspect. I find what the student most enjoys playing and listening to and then relate music theory and playing techniques from beginner to advanced levels to that style. I want them to enjoy their lessons and see steady progress in whichever style they choose to study.

I have a BROAD range of influences ranging from rock and metal guitarists to jazz and pop guitarists to classical composers. I teach rock, jazz, pop, and classical theory, all styles which were very influential to me throughout my education and learning.

Fee Schedule :

Rates are based on mileage from my home in central Connecticut and length of the lesson. I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute lessons. Payments are for one month at a time made on the first lesson of each month.

My cancellation/booking policy :

I am very flexible with cancellations and lesson time changes as long as two days advance notice is given. I work hard to make up any and all lessons I can if a student needs to cancel. I make up ALL lessons I need to cancel, which is rare.
