Don't just learn how to play guitar...I can teach you how to express yourself with it. I have 14 years on the guitar with a degree from Musicians Institute in contemporary guitar performance

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

common topics worked on in weekly lessons and for take-home practice: - favorite tunes (learn entire song - note for note) - harmony & theory - sight reading - ear training - genre style and feel (blues, rock, country, pop) - fretboard knowledge base (learn notes, chord voicings, single string riffs)

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

We would talk about where they want to be musically and what they already may know, pick out appropriate music to play through during the lesson, assess areas for improvement and discuss various ways to get there. Then we would agree on a practice schedule and materials to achieve their goals.

The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following

Someone who wants to learn and will put in practice time outside of our weekly lessons.

Guitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm

Fee Schedule :

25 min lesson - $20 55 min lesson - $40 add $10/lesson If I drive to your house
