My teaching approach :

I believe in teaching my students how to become musicians. I teach discipline and theory as a means to expand every students ability. I do my best to teach in such a way that any student can apply what I give them to any form or style of music they choose to play!

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

All of my lessons start with the student warming up. I customize each students lesson to what that student wants to focus on. Ex, technique, theory, dexterity and writing. If a student is writing a song and wants to work on progressions, chord choice or note choice for a solo, then thats how the lesson will be planned out.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

The first lesson is all about the students playing. What do they know, what have they done and what their goals are. After we get to that point I get them started where they may have left off or just get them started right from the beginning.

Guitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours:

I teach all week long. My hours are flexible to make it as easy as possible for the students to be comfortable. Most of my lessons are early afternoon and evenings. I do have some students that work late so I am willing to do lessons much later in the night.

Fee Schedule :

All lessons are paid in full at the first lesson. I do have package rates on my website. I am flexible on lesson times and rescheduling.

My cancellation/booking policy :

I do ask that you give cancellation notice as early as possible. I do have students that move their time slots around so a cancellation with enough notice allows me to schedule another lesson in your place.
