Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

Introductory lesson is basically to assess where you are in your "music journey." If you're not an absolute beginner, I'll ask you to play something you currently enjoy playing or are working on. We'll also discuss your goals (both short-term and long range), and some approaches we can take to get you there.
