Graduate of Berklee College of Music and Loyola(Concordia) University. Featured guitarist in recording and film. ESPN and Atlantic Records. Studies with jazz greats Pat Metheny and Jimmy Bruno. Specialisized in Guitar Performance 35 years of teaching,performing,recording and studio experience.I have taught thousands of students how to create,perform,and understand music and the guitar.

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

WE LEARN HOW TO PLAY AN ACTUAL STYLE OF MUSIC, THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF MUSIC AND HOW TO SOUND GREAT ALL BY YOURSELF OR WITH A BAND. EMPHASIS ON FINGERPICKING AND SOLOING. EACH STUDENT IS TREATED AS A UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL. I USE THE BERKLEE METHOD WHICH IS ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL METHODS IN MUISIC.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

CHECK TO SEE IF WHERE THE WEAK POINTS ARE IN SOUND RHYTHM AND PERFORMANCE. I HAVE BEEN A STUDIO MUSICIAN AND TEACHER FOR 35 YEARS..I MAKE SURE THEY CAN PLAY BASIC CHORD PATTERNS IN BLUES AND ROCK STYLES.

The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following

i AM VERY PATIENT AND I MY IDEAL STUDENT IS ANYONE THAT LOVES MUSIC AND WANTS TO LEARN.

7 days a week

BLUES PLAYERS, PAT METHENY, DANNY GATTON, HENDRIX,SANTANA,BENSON, JIMMY PAGE, JEFF BECK.

Fee Schedule :

95 dollars per month for a private 50 minute lesson once a week. Some months may have extra bonus lesson. First lesson /consultation is free.

My cancellation/booking policy :

48 hours in advance.I will try to do make up lesson if I can.
