My teaching approach :

I've played guitar for 11 years and piano 19. I begin with what is known as the CAGED sequence which demonstrates how to memorize scale positions on the fretboard. Once this is understood we move from the pentatonic blues scale to the septatonic natural scales and modes. I tackle theoretical concepts, such as modes, with a mnemonic approach I've created over the years. I am writing a book on it.

Fee Schedule :

I only charge $25 per lesson and an extra fee for gas and mileage. I prefer a weekly schedule as a natural cycle for learning. One lesson a week gives the student enough time to study, practice, and absorb the information.

My cancellation/booking policy :

Once I'm driving after booking an appointment I expect to be compensated. I think that's fair.
