My teaching approach :

I teach guitar with patience and have a great understanding of how to fine tune a students abilities so he or she can improve with every lesson. I explain how to practice to get the best results whether it be sight reading, improvisation, or playing a simple rock song.

I usually teach reading music or technique in a style of music the first half of the lesson, and then focus on playing the music and how to practice daily to improve.

In the first lesson I ask questions,' How long have you been playing?', 'Do you read music?', 'What are you're goals?' And have the student play something if they've already had lessons or were self-taught.

The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following

One who listens well and practices daily and is determined to play the guitar.

Guitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours:

I teach Monday - Thursday afternoon and evenings and Saturday morning and afternoons until 4pm.

Fee Schedule :

I charge $25 for a half hour, $40 for an hour.

My cancellation/booking policy :

I require 24 hours or more notice for cancellation to credit the lesson or make it up. And I prefer being payed for the month at the beginning of the month.
