My teaching approach :

I am approached mostly by "Intermediate" to "Pro" guitarists. Many of them feel "stuck" in their ideas and want to "break out of the box" or the rut their in! One of my specialties is to help guitarists think outside of the box, both in improvisation and chords!

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

Due to everyone being at a different level and having different goals, we discuss where they want to go and work from there! I treat everyone differently and don't like teaching everyone from the same "book"! I share tips from many years of touring around the world doing concerts, festivals, clubs and recording sessions! Some students want to learn the proper sequence for their pedalboards.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

I start out with some questions like.. interests, how long have they have played music, We start with a instructional Dvd that covers very basic concepts of the guitar and work with books too!

One that keeps an open mind, practices the lessons and homework I give them and listens well!

Monday's thru Thursday's anytime from 10AM to 5PM

Fee Schedule :

I charge only $45. for a full hour lesson at my place and $60. for a hour lesson at your home (or workplace)

My cancellation/booking policy :

I can't remember when I had my last cancellation. I tend to keep my students looking forward to the next lesson!
