I am a guitarist for the professional band Hendrick (http://www.hendrickmusic.com). I have played music for 18 years. This course offers lessons for guitar using my own and original approach to music. It is the best method for learning guitar that I have ever known. It is the greatest for those who wish to really understand music and create original works.

There are different types of lessons depending on the student's current level. The emphasis is initially on technique through a hands-on approach and through attempted repetitive imitation of an example. The emphasis gradually moves towards familiarization and memorization of the theoretical aspects of music and gradually applying them to the instrument. After this, the emphasis shifts to encompass improvisation and composition.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

Fee Schedule :

Introductory lesson fees are $60. Fees are adjusted to suit the student's level of commitment (the highly disciplined student may only pay $40 per lesson, but the lazy student may pay $60 per lesson). The requisite equipment includes: Acoustic Guitar (preferably super-shallow body Ovation) Picks (preferably California Guitar Trio picks or the Dunlop Tortex sharps) Strap Tuner Metronome

My cancellation/booking policy :

Cancellation must be made before the day of the lesson or the full amount for that lesson is due. The next regular lesson is assumed unless notified otherwise.
