My teaching approach :

Experience – Began teaching guitar at 16 years of age. Has worked with students from 7 years old to senior. Taught privately for four years in the Lassen County, has taught locally for nearly two. Has helped develop accomplished guitar players, confident musicians, and has gained friendly references through outgoing tutelage and know-how.

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following

I work with my students one-on-one, at their own pace, on their own terms. I assess individual needs and I meet them. We'll hammer out all the basics from Chords, Scales, & Anatomy to Modes, advanced Guitar Theory, Song Analysis, Solo technique, and much much more.

Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following

I make them feel welcome, give them a bottle of water and dive right in to positioning, anatomy, and basic guitar theory. Material given depends on student's previous experience.

I charge $30/one-hour lesson, $18/half-hour lesson. Custom lesson packages are negotiable.

The student and teacher will agree upon a specific day and time to meet for the lesson. The student will agree to the timeframe, cost, and/or conditions by which the lessons are carried out. If the preordained day and time for the lesson must be altered or rescheduled due to personal matters, the teacher and student will notify the other in advance.
