I perform all over the U.S., Canada, South America and Europe for various events. My teaching approach is technical ability, control of the guitar, use of alternate picking, building speed and accuracy, finger picking (Flamenco & Classical). Rhythm technics for Jazz, Latin Jazz, Funk, Blues Rock & Metal. Finger board theory, sight reading, use of dynamics and how to put it altogether to make music
A guitar lesson with me might entail the following
We first review last weeks lesson, then I teach you the next step in our custom designed program for you in increments that works best for you, we review this weeks lesson together until you're comfortable and then I give you that lesson written out to take home and practice for next weeks lesson.
Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following
First lesson we go over what you know, where you want to be as a guitar player and then custom build your guitar program to suite your needs and style.
The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following
An ideal guitar student is willing to learn, comes to lessons prepared, practices and has fun with the songs they want me to teach them.
Guitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours:
Monday - Sunday. 10:00am - 10:00pm. Contact me for current open days and time slots. I try to accommodate everyone's schedule. On-line lessons are a great alternative and allows the most flexibility. I offer weekly and Bi-weekly lessons. Bi-weekly lessons are weekend only. Weekly and Bi-weekly lessons are either 1 hour or 1/2 hour. On-line lessons are 1/2 hour.

Fee Schedule :
$25.00 for a one hour lesson or $15.00 for 1/2 hour lesson in Metal, Rock, Blues, Jazz. $30.00 for a one hour lesson or $20.00 for 1/2 hour lesson in Flamenco and Classical. $15.00 for a 1/2 hour on-line lesson. Fee to be paid in advance for each month at the beginning of the month.
My cancellation/booking policy :
24 hours notice to cancel and not be charged for that weeks lesson. No shows and same day cancellation will be charged for that weeks lesson.
