My teaching approach :

I've been teaching for the last 10 years of my 30 years as a player. I obtained a BFA from SUNY Purchase, am a member of ASCAP and have played in many classical, rock and jazz groups. My teaching approach varies depending on the student's needs and I encourage the practical application of sight-reading, ear-training, proper technique and music history.

Fee Schedule :

Lessons are $25 per hour and $15 per 1/2 and hour, payable at the end of each lesson, or a monthly arrangement can be made.

My cancellation/booking policy :

Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. Although emergencies happen, students will have the option to schedule a makeup, or payment for the cancelled time slot will be required.
