My teaching approach :

I teach the way I learned, figuring out what kinds of music you'd love to play and how to get there, including your own songs. I can combine elements of the real basics - chords, strums, picking patterns - as well as building into more complex aspects, like bass runs, melody and harmony lines, arranging breaks, music theory or instrumentals written out in tablature or standard music notation.

Fee Schedule :

$40 per hour, paid one lesson in advance. No half-hour lessons.

My cancellation/booking policy :

Students may cancel or change their lesson with 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice, the fee is forfeited unless we make another agreement. I'm reasonable about that, but I don't want to schedule my day around lessons, get home and find a message on my machine cancelling at the last moment.
