I've been a pro player and teacher for 42 years. I've performed and recorded with Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Sonny Stitt, David Bromberg, Paul Butterfield, and countless others, and have toured internationally with my jazz-fusion group Kilimanjaro. I've prepared over 200 pages of worksheets, exercises, assignments, transcriptions, and other materials which I use to teach all styles, at any level

Fee Schedule :

I teach 50 minute lessons at my home here in Burlington, which I schedule on the hour, and I charge $60.00/lesson. I've taught many workshops at nationally-known Guitar Festivals. I also teach online, using web-cam, and occasionally by long-distance telephone.

My cancellation/booking policy :

Many of my students take lessons once/week, but a large number prefer lessons once every TWO weeks, and still others (including many professional players) prefer lessons sporadically, as their readiness and finances allow. I request a 48-hour notice for cancellation of lessons without penalty.
