My teaching approach :

Most of my students are new to the instrument and I promote basic reading skills to compliment any off-the-book songs or projects,including writing and arranging for advanced players. Ear training is also a part of my program as I am an accomplished player and tenor vocalist! I prefer the Mel Bay Methods for beginners and Berklee College books for advanced players, as I have a Berklee backgound!

Fee Schedule :

The fee is $40.00 per hr, once per week or every other week thru the month. cash or check by the lesson or monthly advance! The student will be assigned enough material to cover two weeks of study. If the student budget can work a weekly format, mastering the basics ,will come along at a faster pace!

My cancellation/booking policy :

24 Hour notice to cancel. If I arrive at the home on the day of the lesson, it is" pre paid even if the student cannot take the lesson"! Travel time is costly and my schedule is tight, as I have an impecable referral base and long standing commitment to students and parents to achieve results!
