My teaching approach :

I teach guitar, drums, banjo, ukulele and mandolin. My playing and teaching experience dates back three decades (see myspace/brucethrelkeld for more info on this). As an instructor, I enjoy finding out what the student's goals are, and then helping them reach those goals. I can help you or your child advance musically, from beginner to intermediate, or from advanced to "open-mic" night!

Fee Schedule :

$17.50 per private half-hour lesson, taught at Electronic Sound and Percussion (Higgins ave., across from Hellgate High--ph. 728-1117 for references, if you'd like). Private home rates are higher due to travel time and gas. I teach students from age 8 up. I've taken younger students but it's often difficult to get them to practice between lessons.

My cancellation/booking policy :

I request advanced notice for cancellation. I generally don't give credits, but I offer make-up lessons if you've missed and notified me ahead of time.
