Townsend Music School has been providing the best in music education for over 58 years. Our instructors are professional teachers whose lives are devoted to teaching children as well as adults the joys of making music. We emphasize the basics for beginners while making the learning process fun and exciting. Our artist instructors are able to teach beginners as well as very advanced pupils.

We do not offer recording services. Our instructors have bachelors degrees and or Masters degrees in music education or performance and can help direct you to a fine recording facility.

Please call for information. We are a school, not a store. Stores make their profits selling merchandise. Providing lessons is a way to get people in their stores so that they can sell. Our only motive is to provide the best music education available anywhere. We teach piano, voice, violin, guitar, viola, flute, theory and composition.
