We are a music lesson destination, staffed by professional players and music educators who love to teach. Our hundreds of music students range in age from 5 to 75, and lessons take place in spacious and acoustically sound classrooms. We offer: Convenience: Lessons, instrument rentals, purchases, and repairs are in one location. We are just off 94 with a large private parking lot directly in front of our building. Experience: All AG&B teachers have music degrees and professional performing credentials. Flexibility: AG&B instructors customize their lesson programs to match each students level of playing and areas of musical interest. Technology: Each lesson room includes internet access and music software for immediate research and use of all available music resources. Comfort: An in-store coffee lounge is adjacent to our classrooms, providing a place to relax around lesson time. Security: All classrooms have full-glass doors for viewing and all instructors have completed background checks. History: Classrooms and surrounding spaces feature art and ephemera from The Minnesota Historical Society and First Avenue.

KnottBrite Studio was created from American Guitar Boutique Studio and Cashin Records out of St. Paul by Casey Smith with the help of Cory Lake, owner of American Guitar And Band out of Maple Grove. Casey has a degree in Jazz Guitar Performance and has been in the music industry for 12 years playing professionally throughout the country and around the world with various artists. His recording career has been in evolution for 10 of those years. Since it's inception, the studio was created to not only achieve the tones and sounds that clearly represent the musical source, but also to provide the means to mold those sounds to the taste of the client. Since then, Casey has upgraded and moved the studio to a basement location in South Minneapolis. It's digital domain is consistently updated and extremely powerful as well as it's analog domain, which boasts an impressive rack of outboard gear that is built into the studio wall. KnottBrite is a place for the production of your music; preproduction, engineering, production, mixing as well as a production house for jingle material, background/bedding music and voiceovers. With the ease of todays computer recording systems, KnottBrite is a wonderfully calm studio with a laid back atmosphere to help boost the creative vibe.
